In 2009, professionals from VerA and Great Place to Work®, with the consultancy of Prof. Maurizio Zollo, created rewords®, an innovative instrument for the analysis of corporate sustainability policies. The research, involving all corporate functions and stakeholders, aims at assessing the degree of satisfaction as well as the effectiveness of the implemented corporate sustainability policies. The analysis methodology derives from the work carried out by Prof. Zollo in the framework of the EU project Response and from experience Great Place to Work®’s experience on work environment analysis.
rewords® analyses both the internal and external perceptions of the company and assesses corporate and ethical decision making processes.
The outcome shall be assessed by influential independent organisations, and serve as basis for the definition of appropriate strategic choices in the field of sustainability.
